Paige Harris (she/they) is a Licensed Professional Counselor who earned their Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and is an EDSE certified sex educator. Paige finds purpose in co-creating authentic, safe, and equitable spaces that cultivate kindness, curiosity, and spaciousness. She is passionate about holistic wellness, honoring and integrating the unique wisdom of each client’s identities and experiences in their pursuit of healing and wholeness.
Paige has worked with diverse clients in exploring embodiment, mindfulness, spirituality, nervous system health, sexual wellness, gender identity, relationship challenges, stress, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, and racial-cultural identities. Formerly a public school teacher, Paige is an avid learner and researcher, offering her clients opportunities for psychoeducation and skill development with attention to systemic and existential factors.
When they aren’t seeing clients, Paige enjoys writing and recording music, hiking, and running. While she prefers the great outdoors, Paige also reenergizes by staying cozy at home and drinking way too much coffee.
